We had a fantastic stay at A Residence @ Between Hilton & Cititel. The staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, close to the city center. The room was bright and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities like handmade soap. The facilities were top-notch, and the shower was great. The desk provided an extra chair upon request, which was a nice touch. a wonderful experience.

The hotel near restaurants and pubs. Spotless room with a particularly nice view. Modern design, great service in the entire venue. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved our stay at A Residence. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even creating a WhatsApp group to check on us every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were top-notch. Plus, there were plenty of great eateries nearby. We couldn't believe we got such a superb room and hospitality for such an affordable price. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we're in Sabah.

The air-conditioned rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home, with all the necessary amenities at hand.

This hotel had a great location, perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the decor of the rooms was modern and tidy. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries and amenities, which was a nice touch. there were plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance.

That there wasn't a big mirror in the room, which would have been useful when getting ready. Another issue was that late at night, there was sometimes noise from the nearby karaoke places, which could be a bit loud for light sleepers.

The beds in the spacious rooms are extremely comfortable, and the facilities are quite good, including multiple sockets, handmade soap, and slippers. The staff is extra polite and quick to answer any queries. Nearby seafood restaurants, like Shuang Tian and Welcome Seafood, are a few minutes' walk away.

The parking spaces provided by the hotel are limited, and it can be quite challenging to find a space to park vehicles.

What's more, the staff were extremely accommodating and went above-and-beyond to ensure we were happy during our stay. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a hairdryer with attachments in the room, which was an added bonus.

There were only a couple of downsides to this hotel. the shower was visible from the room, which could be a little awkward if traveling with friends or family.
